03Eligibility: wholesale investors under s708
The offerings described are intended only for investors who qualify under s708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), which is the disclosure exemption any such offering would rely on: sophisticated investors under s708(8)(c), professional investors under s708(11), or investors subscribing at least A$500,000 in a single offering under s708(8)(a). No offering would be made to retail investors, and verification would be completed before any offer document is provided.

04Use of the site
You may use the site for your own information. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or reproduce it systematically, or use it to send unsolicited communications. Access may be suspended where use threatens the integrity or availability of the service.

05Accounts and credentials
Where an account is made available, you are responsible for the security of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account, and two-factor authentication should be enabled where it is offered. Tell RWA oa promptly if you suspect unauthorised access: sessions are held server-side and can be revoked.

11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State and of the Commonwealth courts sitting in it. If a provision is unenforceable it is severed and the balance continues to apply.
