Three routes
s708(8)(c)
A current certificate from a qualified accountant confirming net assets of at least A$2.5 million, or gross income of at least A$250,000 in each of the last two financial years. The certificate must be given no more than six months before the offer.

s708(11)
An AFS licensee, a body regulated by APRA, a listed entity, or a person controlling gross assets of at least A$10 million. Evidence is the licence, registration or audited position that establishes it.

s708(8)(a)
A subscription of at least A$500,000 in a single offering qualifies that subscription on its own, without a certificate. It qualifies the transaction rather than the investor, so it is assessed per offering.

What happens next
An account on its own gives access to the book at the level you can already see: summaries, structures and the waterfall. No offer document is released by it.
Whichever of the three routes applies. Documents are held privately in restricted storage, with every access recorded, and are reviewed by RWA oa operations, not automatically.
Once approved, the Information Memorandum, trust deed, independent valuation and financial model for each vehicle become available, and subscription opens.
